This is the first "day after" when I've done serious arm/chest and legs/back workouts on consecutive days and boy am I feeling them. Originally, I'd stuck to pure cardio stuff and that wasn't too much of a problem. Adding lifting workouts after the cardio though... ouch. Don't get me wrong, I'm glad that I started on the lifting again, but it does make for interesting mornings...
It's challenging to try and figure out how to get out of bed without moving and causing pain :).
Ok, back to work and moving as little as possible
(and yes, I do know that I need to stretch out to get rid of the soreness, however it doesn't work instantly and not moving is a quick fix, no move = no pain :-p... I'll stretch again after lunch
