Pet Peeve #A2: People with incorrect information on their current business cards...

I can understand if I grab a card from my little card box and something on it has changed in the last few months/years, but if I am given a card from someone's desk yesterday I expect all of the information on it to be correct. I would much rather be handed a card with a number crossed off (or in this case an email address) than to get one, compose a message, only to find out that it was a waste of my time because that information is no longer valid. I realize that crossed off info on a business card looks a little cheesy/messy, but ultimately a business card is a device for delivering accurate information to someone who needs or wants for something which you approve of (e.g. giving you more business).

Blah. Off to go send a fax now. I hope.
