I had planned on doing work (actual job work and house stuff) this weekend, but apparently my body was about ready to drop so those plans were put on hold. Normally if I get more than 4-5 hours of sleep at any one time I'm feeling miserable when I wake up, but today I'm still sleepy. It was suggested that perhaps I was coming down with something and that my body took preemptive measures to deal with it. I suspect they may have been right.
I was feeling a bit bleh (but not actually sick and crappy) this morning. I pretty much woke up, turned off the alarm clock, closed the blinds (thereby making the room pitch black) and collapsed back into bed until sometime after the sun had gone down. I'm feeling better now (but still a bit tired/run down) so I think I'll watch some TV until I doze off again and probably do more of the same tomorrow.
Not the most productive of weekends, but if it means not losing out on actual work days and feeling good tomorrow, I'll live with it.
