Which will it be?

You know, it occurs to me (as it has probably occurred to many) that there is something perversely appropriate about having Friday the 13th and Valentine's day fall on the same weekend.

I wonder which one will influence events more... heh, no I don't ;)

Good choice of song. You know, with VD ready to stike.

Heh, funny you should mention that. IIRC, it was your post about them not so long ago that got me to dig out the CD and listen to it ;)

with VD ready to stike

Suddenly cupid starts to sound a lot more like a crazed sniper than the herald of love... probably a more apt analogy I think.

Re: Which will it be?

I think had the full moon fallen this weekend instead of last weekend, we may have had much chaos!

Re: Which will it be?

Or as the Ghostbusters would say:

Venkman: This city is headed for a disaster of biblical proportions.
Mayor: What do you mean, biblical?
Ray: What he means is Old Testament, Mr. Mayor... real Wrath-of-God-type stuff. Fire and brimstone coming down from the skies.
Venkman: Rivers and seas boiling!
Egon: 40 years of darkness, earthquakes, volcanos.
Winston: The dead rising from the grave!
Venkman: Human sacrifice, dogs and cats, living together... mass hysteria!

ah, but sunday is Harlequin Day, a day for everyone who dispised V-D.

Re: heh

Suddenly I feel old. Everytime I see someone comment about V-D I keep thinking about the medical abbreviation (which argueably has more to do with the "holiday" than most people would care to admit ;)

Re: heh

::nods furiously:: "For VD, give the gift that keeps on givin'!"
