How am I feeling?

This would be a good description of my emotional state lately:

The last week has really not been good.

I wish I could figure out some way to STOP thinking for a while.


I find the gym and/or tai chi (or your equivalent) works pretty well for turning the brain off...
I guess I need to go find the Kendo people out here. Normal working out doesn't quite get me to stop thinking, but the endorphins and general health benegits do tend to make it a good thing to do anyways.
